As a Customer Service Representative your primary responsibility consists of providing excellent customer service and sales support to existing Formations customers while working alongside the rest of the Formations team. The primary focus is to ensure the efficient operation of the front office in its coordination with all aspects of our business. It is equally important to promote the Formations brand with both existing and new accounts in a business-to-business (B2B) environment. A successful CSR will build and maintain a close working relationship with existing accounts and support generation of revenue by soliciting, obtaining, and processing orders to customer satisfaction. Gaining a strong knowledge of our products by interpreting technical and functional requirements will be key to providing technical information and developing customer confidence in Formations products.
